How it Works
Here's what to expect once your storage request is submitted and accepted — from scheduling your drop-off to what happens if you need to drop off outside of our staffed hours.
Staffed Drop-Off Schedule
Our facility begins accepting staffed, in-person drop-offs on September 11th and 12th, 2026. After that, we're staffed for drop-offs every other Friday and Saturday through October 24th, 2026.
You'll choose your drop-off date and time from the available staffed dates when you submit your storage request.
Dropping Off Outside Staffed Hours
Can't make it on a staffed date? No problem — you're welcome to drop off your item on our outdoor lot any time. Just leave your keys in the drop-off box located on the outside of our building.
Moving Your Item Indoors
Once your item is dropped off, our team will move it into indoor, heated storage within 48 hours.
What We No Longer Accept
We are no longer accepting RVs, motor homes, travel trailers, or 5th wheel campers for storage. We're still happy to store your boat and most other vehicles — if you're not sure whether your item qualifies, reach out to us.
Measuring Your Item
When you request storage, please provide an accurate measurement for your item.
For boats, measure from the front of the trailer tongue to the back of the motor.
Under-reported measurements are subject to a 50% surcharge.
